A Holiday Poem!

From salt-marsh whispers to ocean spray,
We’ve shared another unforgettable day.
Thank you to each and every one
Who’s joined us under Carolina sun.

To all our guests who’ve laughed and learned,
And watched as dolphins leapt and turned —
You’ve helped us grow, explore, and share
The beauty of this coast so rare.

This year brought partnerships we cherish,
With friends whose missions never perish:
Low Country Marine Mammal Network — side by side,
Together for our cetaceans wide.

South Carolina Aquarium — education in every wave,
And Isle of Palms Rec Center events that truly paved
The way for fun, community, and local cheer
At speaker series and markets so dear.

We even hosted trivia with Islander 71—
Good laughs, bright minds, and trivia fun!
And there’s surely more we’ve done this year
That filled our hearts with holiday cheer.

A special shoutout to Shane Ziegler,
Our co-founder, guide, and eco storyteller —
For the recognition he’s earned (and the smiles he shares),
Leading with passion and showing he cares.

To staff and friends, to family, to all who came aboard,
To every person who helped us grow — we thank you from the core.
